The WRBU catalog contains curated information regarding the systematics, distribution, and references for these genera.

• MR4 Field Contacts Database

Information gathered from professional society membership lists, directories of vector biologists, and grant recipient lists was used to solicit additional contact names via e-mail during 2000.  Only persons living in malarious regions were included in the mailings.  These names and addresses were then selected to receive letters that requested information clarification and invited the recipients to be listed in the directory.  The number of persons in this mailing was approximately 400.  The combined data was made web searchable via a database implemented on a SQL server.
